Les maisons transitionnelles O3 is a charitable organization. O3’s mission is to help young and vulnerable families achieve their goals. We do this by providing affordable transitional housing and support services.
O3 stands for “On Our Own”. It is a program for young parents (particularly single moms) with young children. The program aims to help young parents take steps to build their future and make a better life for themselves and for their children.

CRITERIA
- Between the age of 16-30
- Have one child or children under the age of 5
- Have low income and qualify for government sponsored subsidized housing
- Are a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Have lived in Quebec for 12 of the past 24 months
- Are able to collaborate in English (O3 is the only organization of its kind in Quebec that caters to an English-speaking community)
PROGRAMS
- Parent-child activities
- Help going back to school and/or finding a job.
- Program to help you manage your money.
- Help connecting with community resources.
- Resident-led committees
- Workshops on: communication, conflict resolution, anger management, coping Skills, leadership Skills
