Located in the heart of NDG, this not-for-profit organization, partially funded by the Accès-Logis program and the CIUSSS de Montréal Centre Ouest, offers 15 accessible, adapted and affordable housing units to adults, age 18 to 55, living with physical disabilities.

General Information

• Monthly rent is 25% of your income after OMHM subsidy, plus a mandatory monthly flat rate for meals;
• Single occupant dwelling;
• Community living & meals;
• Secure access to building;
• Non-smoking environment;
• Included are: Housekeeping, laundry and basic PAB services, heating and hot water.
Application process

After your first visit, if you are interested in living at Tango, we invite you to apply. Once your application is in, you will be contacted by the director and the CLSC in order to complete an evaluation, a selection interview then follows.

If your application is retained, you will be required to apply for subsidised housing, if you have not already done so, for subsidized housing. Needs for PAB services are determined, in collaboration with the CLSC, up to a maximum of 3hrs of care a day. Meals are eaten in the community room as a group and you are required to be involved in an activity outside Tango on a regular basis.
